These options works best for the client who is looking for a true partnership with their Planner. With these options you call the shots, with Ana's guidance and support.......

One-on-One Consultation

Meet with Ana herself to get started on planning a fabulous event. During your two-hour consultation, Ana will work with you to define your event vision, work on a planning timeline and create a budget worksheet to keep you on track. Ana will also make vendor referrals that will not only fit your style and personality but your budget!

The Wedding Works

Private, in-depth consultation – during this two hour session you will review your “vision” for your wedding … the look or feeling of the way you want your wedding to be perceived. Ana will incorporate her resources and tools to aid in designing and planning the look of your wedding.

Site Review – Ana will meet with you at your selected ceremony and reception venues to do a walk through. She will review your sites for layout, desired flow, and overall décor. During this visit Ana will offer advice, tips, innovative ideas and items for follow up to ensure that your wedding day looks and feels perfect!

Vendor Management – At least one week prior to your wedding, Ana will coordinate a meeting with all of your vendors who are unfamiliar with your venue. Ana will facilitate this meeting to ensure that your vendors understand the details of the event, clearly understand your vision for your wedding and the rules and logistics of your location.

Event Management – On the day of your wedding, Ana will ensure that all details are arranged and expectations are met as requested. She personally handles all the details so that you, your future spouse and your family and guests can enjoy the day.

Enhancements – you may add additional services as desired. Services such as coordination of rehearsal dinner or bridal shower are two of the most popular add-on’s to this offering. In addition to these services you will also experience:

• Unlimited consultations with Ana • Personal assistance with the selection of vendors • Assistance with the creation and management of your wedding timeline & budget • Design of the reception layout • Management of the ceremony rehearsal • Selection of the attendant gifts • Coordination of bridal party fittings

Consultation + Big Day

If the consultation alone is not enough, add a day of planner! After your personal consultation with Ana, a member of the Ana Cruz Team will meet with you one month prior to your event day to review your contracts and help you create a perfect timeline. Your coordinator will be on hand on your event date to manage your vendors and execute your timeline so that you can have a stress free day and be a guest at your own event.

You can further enhance this offering by adding an on-call option. Get help from Ana Cruz herself, by phone or email when you need it. Monthly rates are available to have Ana on-call to answer your pressing event questions and put your mind at ease.
